Returns

  • Please note that all sales are final unless the issue falls under our replacement policy (see below).

Replacements

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a replacement.

  • To request a replacement:

    • Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Once approved, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
