Please note that all sales are final unless the issue falls under our replacement policy (see below).
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
To request a replacement:
Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Once approved, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
